With these Indigenous themed Mathematic task cards your students will be able to look at storytelling through Maths. By providing opportunities for students connect to their own environmental experiences, such as going fishing or going to the local pool with a group of friends allows them to connect to the story in the maths problem. Students are then able to relate back and see Maths in their surrounding environments, at home, out on Country, in community, etc. This pack comes with 30 brightly coloured task cards in PDF form, tasks are based on all 4 operations, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. It also has tasks such as time, distance, measurement, graphing, data, shapes, etc.

These task cards could be used as a warm up or even as part of  a Maths lesson. They also make a wonderful individual task for group work.
